You’re in control.
All plans are prepaid. No automatic renewal or surprise overage charges. Validity starts when payment is confirmed. Existing paid customers can add hours: $20 for 5 language hours, valid 30 days from that purchase.
Trial: 5 language minutes, usable within 7 days, up to 10 concurrent listeners. All plans allow up to 5 selected output languages; each running language counts separately, even if nobody is listening. We meter in 5-second increments. Pause stops further metering; microphone silence and music count while running.
Set a session budget before starting. The service pauses when the budget or available allowance is exhausted. Saved rooms and remaining paid credits survive reconnects. Unused hours expire; another purchase does not extend old credits.
Included support is email and self-service guides, not an onsite technician or a 24/7 live operator. Rehearse your actual setup before an important event. Listener limits are access limits, not a guarantee about venue Wi-Fi capacity.
