AI-assisted live translation

Translations, transcripts and summaries can be wrong, delayed or incomplete. This is not a certified interpretation service or an emergency communication system. You are responsible for permissions to broadcast audio and display uploaded text, and for informing participants about AI processing and retention. Do not upload material you lack rights to use.

Prepaid purchases

All prices are USD. Event: $29/5 language hours; Community: $79/20 hours; Organization: $149/50 hours; additional hours for existing paid customers: $20/5 hours. Each purchase is valid for 30 days starting on verified payment, with no automatic renewal. Unused credits expire. Trial: 5 language minutes usable within 7 days, limited to one per owner, for evaluation.

One selected output language running for one hour consumes one language hour. This includes same-language captions and periods of silence/music while the microphone is running. Billing uses 5-second increments. Pausing stops further billing; the final increment may be partly used. All selected languages count regardless of listener count. No automatic overage charge. Set a per-session budget; the session pauses at the limit. Different credit purchases retain their own expiry.

Cancellation & refunds

You can stop buying at any time; there is no subscription to cancel. For a purchase problem or refund request use the purchase review button or email support. Review pauses the associated credit while we investigate; it does not automatically issue a refund. We review unused allowance and documented service failures, subject to applicable consumer rights. Do not make duplicate purchases to recover a pending payment.

Availability and acceptable use

Your internet, sound system, device and browser affect performance. Test the real setup before an event. No guaranteed latency, perfect translation or uninterrupted service. Email support is asynchronous. Do not resell access, abuse trials, overload the service, harass listeners or publish unlawful content. We may restrict abuse and investigate disputed payments. Access limits and remaining quota are enforced server-side.

Records and account access

Owners manage billing and operator access. Operators can manage sessions and records, so invite only trusted people. Listeners can access a room using its link. Transcript retention and sharing are optional. Records expire after 30 days or earlier host deletion. Contact support@listenacross.com for account, billing or service issues.
